I’ve created a small menagerie of books by my lack of self control and melancholy. I now own Norwegian Wood by Haruki Murakami; How To Be A Woman by Caitlin Moran; The Unbearable Lightness Of Being by Milan Kundera; No One Belongs Here More Than You by Miranda July; Middlesex by Jeffrey Eugenides and Eleven Kinds Of Loneliness by Richard Yates. I feel guilty that I spend so much money on books but I’m sure there’s worse vices.
